At Just Better Care, we promise each of our clients Reliability, Relationship and Results. As care professionals you are an integral part of meeting that promise. We play an honerable role by supporting people through difficult stages of their lives. If we fall short on our promise we leavce vulnerable people exposed and comprimise the Just Better Care name. Whenever there is lateness to a service, refusals, shift hand backs or sub-standard services are provided we tarnish the jBC name. This causes a drop in clients and therefore, work for you as a care professional.
