H.R Maintenance
If you a running late for, or are unavailable to attend a service please do not send a text message. Care professionals need to phone the office and report this to a coordinator, including after hours. It is extremely important that we act immediately – we are not always checking e-mails or texts.
Clients must be informed before we are runing late or missing shifts. Keeping the lines of communication open will alleviate stress for our clients. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
For Eastern Suburbs we wish to thank the staff for taking extra time looking at their rosters for weekend services and reducing the hand back rate. Well Done! Please make sure that you also check addresses, service description and time of starting – then all communication will run smoothly.
THE JBC PROMISE.
At Just Better Care, we promise each of our clients Reliability, Relationship and Results. As care professionals you are an integral part of meeting that promise. We play an honerable role by supporting people through difficult stages of their lives. If we fall short on our promise we leavce vulnerable people exposed and comprimise the Just Better Care name. Whenever there is lateness to a service, refusals, shift hand backs or sub-standard services are provided we tarnish the jBC name. This causes a drop in clients and therefore, work for you as a care professional.
Transport Shifts – Important Notice
Support Professionals who participate in TRANSPORT SHIFTS need to ensure that they place their Kilometres appropriately in either the Mobile Me app or on a timesheet.
Failure to do this will result in those kilometres not being paid. it is not Just Better Care’s responsibility to remind support professionals to add their kilometres after they complete a transport service.
Remember NO KILOMETRES ENTERED = NO KILOMETRE PAY.
