Mail out.

All JBC Staff should have or be receiving a letter communicating the Coordinators most pressing issues and allowing everyone to see the 2015 training calendar.

Please be sure to register for training events that pertain to you.

The monthly training is a mandatory minimum attendance of five (5) sessions and the team meetings are compulsary.

If you did not receive the letter please contact the office immediately to update your details.

We hope to move away for manual mail outs as they are time consuming and have a high margin of error. Please where possible ensure you are checking your e-mails and communicating with the Office.

Transport Shifts – Important Notice

Support Professionals who participate in TRANSPORT SHIFTS need to ensure that they place their Kilometres appropriately in either the Mobile Me app or on a timesheet.

Failure to do this will result in those kilometres not being paid. it is not Just Better Care’s responsibility to remind support professionals to add their kilometres after they complete a transport service.

Training

A new 2015 initiative has been implemented inviting all case workers to a compulsory training session separated by regions. We wish to bring care professionals and coordinators together to air any questions or issues in a relaxed, social setting. We are very excited about this new development and look forward to getting to know all our valued care professionals individually. We are also re-instating our monthly training programs with Fiona, these training sessions will lend an insight into caring for a Dementia patient, M.S and the elderly. Monthly
